We work for the owner to ensure the roofing contractor is following the correct procedures that meet your ARCA Warranty and or Manufacturer's Requirements. 

Ensure materials being installed on site correspond with your project quotation, specification or approved project submittals.

Know your roof.

Access roof surfaces and provide a detailed technical report outlining areas in need of servicing. Technical Reports will include opinion of costs and recommendations to ensure your roof reaches its maximum service life expectancy. 

Provide up to date and accurate high quality roof images. 

Aerial reviews of completed roof systems  or on-going roof installations. 

Year over year asset visual condition review. See issues as they form to get ahead of maintenance and prevent system failure.

Protect your roofing assets and identify system failures under the roof membrane surfaces. 

Energy efficiency gaps and moisture found in your roof system can compromise your roof system's performance.

Thermal imaging can be utilized to determine if large repairs are needed or smaller scope repairs can be completed to prevent more costly repairs or replacements.

Gather job specific information, develop drawings and details using the latest version of AutoCAD Programming. 

Hold Pre-Bid meetings on site and close the tendering phase with recommendations for the successful bidder. 

Review contractor invoices and confirm progress being claimed is accurate.
